After checkout, you will see different download options. Oftentimes the only file you need is the GoodNotes file. The standard .zip file containing PNG image files is for people who don’t use GoodNotes.
If you are sure you are importing the correct GoodNotes file and still have problems, you may be running into a GoodNotes bug. Sometimes GoodNotes errors out when importing files. But force closing the app and reopening it always seems to resolve the issue.
Force Close GootNotes: 1. Close GoodNotes by swiping up to close it from your multitasking view . 2. Reopen GoodNotes and try to import the file again.
Update GoodNotes: Check to make sure your GoodNotes app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes the app doesn’t update automatically so you need to go to the App Store and find GoodNotes, there you can see if there is a new version available.
1) Go to the page you’d like to copy. 2) Tap on • • • in the right corner and select Copy Page. 3) Open the Thumbnails Tab and locate where you’d like to paste the new page. 4) Tap the down-arrow of the page thumbnail and choose either Add Page Before or Add Page After. Then select Paste Page.
What you end up with, is all the images ready to use. The next step is to create shortcuts to start adding your apps. Unfortunately, this has to be done one by one. It’s just how it’s at the moment with iOS. This video on YouTube explains it quickly and to the point, not like other very long videos 🙂 https://youtu.be/9hlATAYXDaw?t=74
If you want to change the icons, let’s say next month, it will be quicker as the shortcodes will be there and then you just have to replace the image.
